We are currently looking to grow our HR team and in particular the recruitment offering with the addition of a Recruitment Advisor.
Working as a key member of the team you will deliver an excellent recruitment advisory service for all legal support and business service roles, as well as some junior qualified fee earning positions across the firm.
You will work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and ensure roles are proactively filled. You will champion an outstanding candidate experience and in conjunction with the Recruitment Manager, will enhance and promote the RWK Goodman Employer brand.
End to end management of vacancies across multiple locations. This will include; Discussing requirements with hiring managers, agreeing job role requirements, and preparing authorisation to recruit Developing an effective and suitable advertising campaign for each position;
Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels; Sifting CVs; Telephone interviewing and shortlisting candidates;
Coordinating interviews and developing appropriate assessment tools Attending interview where required Work with the HR Operations team to manage the offer and on boarding process of successful recruits.
Provide advice and expertise related to the candidate and recruitment market, as well as understanding key business requirements and challenges
Act as a super user for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring candidate management is efficient. Inputting into process improvements and fully optimising the system capability
Work closely with the HR Operations team to understand upcoming resourcing requirements and to ensure regular communication regarding recruitment activity in their areas.
Proactively manage talent pools for critical and common roles through the ATS and use of LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Library etc
Provide regular reports as required on recruitment activity
Working closely with the HR Assistant, oversee the pre-screening process for new hires ensuring suitable due diligence and an efficient process
Ensure compliance with our GDPR and Data Protection obligations
Support the Recruitment Manager with qualified and senior recruitment as required
Working alongside the Digital Communications executive to sharing relevant content using digital channels in line with our EVP and wider brand initiatives
Support the Recruitment Manager in the development of our digital platforms such as LinkedIn as well as inputting into content for the Careers website
Act as a RWKG Brand Ambassador on social media, actively sharing content and representing the brand consistently.
Any other duties as requested by the Recruitment Manager or Director of HR
Assistance with early careers recruitment if and when required
Attend and seek out events / marketing opportunities to increase our brand awareness
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Previous experience within volume recruitment campaigns experience and requisite knowledge to fulfil the role
Previous role filling responsibility
Previous experience within a legal environment or professional services
Have a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience
Highly organised and efficient
Excellent organisation capability with the ability to effectively prioritise
Experience of using social media platforms
Experience of utilising an Applicant Tracking System
