What will you do?
Based in Christchurch, you will lead the Support Analyst team, who provide Level 3 complex support for our Ryman built apps and other resident facing systems.
In this role, you will develop and uphold a supportive, connected culture, as well as coaching team members to enhance their performance.
You will contribute to the strategic direction of the team, while also remaining hands on by supporting the team with feature releases and configurations.
Key responsibilities include :
Leading the Support Analyst team by encouraging a growth mindset, coaching team members, facilitating performance discussions and ensuring the team are aligned with strategic goals
Overseeing day-to-day team operation, monitoring performance, upholding technical quality, prioritizing technical improvements, and reporting any concerns
Measuring, analysing and reporting on relevant metrics to ensure continuous improvement of our systems and processes, as well as reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for development
Working closely with the wider Technology team to enhance the functionality of the systems and processes for our residents and team members, as well as looking for ways to enhance back-end functionality
