Kia ora! I’m Amanda the CX & Product Manager at Heartland. We’re looking for a new CX Analyst to join our Digital team based in Newmarket.

Our Digital team organise ourselves into pods of people who are dedicated to delivering and supported by an Ecosystem of key experts.

You’ll support the pods by being curious about what makes our customers tick and passionate about improving products and services that we deliver to them.

You’ll be inquisitive and want to learn how the people who look after our customers work, and find solutions to problems your stakeholders aren’t yet aware of.

If you don’t know the answer you’re not afraid of asking questions.

As the CX Analyst you’ll get to know our customers’ needs and be ready to respond to their feedback, queries and online reviews.

You’ll provide support across products, customer experience and other digital deliveries.

You’re great at :

  • Getting stuff done you have a growth mindset and you influence, guide and do.
  • Creativity - possess problem-solving skills, an investigative mentality and a proactive nature.
  • Using a range of tools build your knowledge and experience of tools such as, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp, PowerBI, Hotjar, Google Analytics etc.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity things change all the time, other people will ruin your plans but you will be totally fine with that.
  • People focussed confidence interacting with a range of people (pod teams, customers, users). You want the best outcomes for our customers.
  • Writing you must be able to write clearly and concisely for our customers and your colleagues.
  • Forever learning - relentless desire to learn and leverage new tools and new ways.
  • Independence - the ability to make things happen all on your own. You’re super proactive and have a get stuff done’ attitude.
