Kia ora! I’m Amanda the CX & Product Manager at Heartland. We’re looking for a new CX Analyst to join our Digital team based in Newmarket.

Our Digital team organise ourselves into pods of people who are dedicated to delivering and supported by an Ecosystem of key experts.
You’ll support the pods by being curious about what makes our customers tick and passionate about improving products and services that we deliver to them.
You’ll be inquisitive and want to learn how the people who look after our customers work, and find solutions to problems your stakeholders aren’t yet aware of.
If you don’t know the answer you’re not afraid of asking questions.
As the CX Analyst you’ll get to know our customers’ needs and be ready to respond to their feedback, queries and online reviews.
You’ll provide support across products, customer experience and other digital deliveries.
