Auckland Transport Operations Centre (ATOC), is a partnership between NZ Transport Agency and Auckland Transport whose purpose is to deliver an integrated approach to transport management in the Auckland region.
The purpose of this role is to actively manage the CCTV process for ATOC Smales to maximise our response to requests both internally and externally.
In this role you will take action to respond to CCTV requests dealing with incidents, faults and other issues with the network including engaging with emergency services and other members of the team as required.
This is a unique role where you will get to demonstrate your strong relationship management skills and continuous improvement nous to identify problems and opportunities within the CCTV process and implement solutions to address them to maximise CCTV request performance.
