We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Direct Sales Team Manager based in our Auckland CBD office.As Team Manager you would be responsible for providing direction and support to a team of sales agents ensuring all goals and objectives are met, drive motivation within the team and deliver training and development plans through structured coaching.
The Sales team offer customers a range of personal lending products including Personal Loans, Motor Loans and Credit Insurance.
You will also be responsible for managing a large volume of applications through all channels and call volumes relating to account servicing, setting clear expectation with customers as to the status and next steps of their loan applications.
You will to need to make sound judgments on behalf of your team as to how to best manage the service and application demand as well as working efficiently to deliver a great customer experience.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to : Completion of reporting to management in a timely & accurate mannerEnsure the team are expert in our policies and processesEnsure the team maximise the value of sales to customers through the application processEnsure the team always manage customer expectations in terms of effort required by them, next steps from us and the likely timeframes.
Ensure the team deliver on value proposition proof points by making us easier to deal with than our competitors, and expert in creating personal lending solutions.
Ensure that the team act compliantly and demonstrate the behaviors outlined via Our Compass and organisational values.Who are you?
Passionate People and Customer leader with experience managing high volume processes using call centre metricsMinimum of 12 months experience in sales of regulated financial services productsExperience and comfort interacting with people with diverse in backgrounds and levels of financial literacy to build trust and close salesPossess a sales-
oriented, energized approach to working both as an individual and in support of the team.Problem solving skills, multi-tasking, and a sense of urgency to take the customer off the market.
Develop trust and credibility with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build rapport and make complex options seem simple to a customerSound like you?
