    The Opportunity

    We have a number of exciting opportunities on offer for Customer Service Officers (CSO's) to join our Micro Business and Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) teams.

    As a customer-centric organisation, our goal is to give our customers the best possible experience. We're looking for talented people who can support our Customer Services workload as we transition from current to future state through our Business Transformation programme of work.

    Due to government priorities we have been given additional funding resulting in an immediate need for a number of CSO's to join us until July 2022.

    In this role, you will be at the frontline answering our customers inbound queries. You will be the first port of call for our diverse range of customers via voice, web messages or email channels.

  • This role will require a strong level of commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service. This is not your average Customer Services role;

    Do you have what it takes to be a successful CSO?

  • Ideally, we are looking for;
  • Highly effective communication and questioning skills
  • The ability to engage with each customer to really understand their needs
  • A knack for problem solving and thinking on your feet
  • Someone who is tech savvy and keen to transition to and learn new technologies
  • The ability to be friendly, composed, patient and resilient
  • A talent for multi-tasking with a positive, 'can do' attitude!
  • A desire to improve, be results focused and actively respond to feedback
  • To ensure your success, we'll provide in depth training and support from our experienced trainers, with regular coaching and performance feedback from within the business.

    We operate within an agreed nine-hour band of 7 hours 35 minutes per day, to be worked between 7.25am and 8.30pm Monday to Friday and between 8.
