About the role
Due to internal movement, we have an awesome opportunity for a Bid Proposal Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Executive Divisional Manager, you will prepare bids for tender, including :
Coordinate with the tender team and relevant stakeholders to gather information required for bids
Organise insurance and SQE certificates prior to tender
Prepare formal bid documents in adherence with brand guidelines and graphics
Ensure technical written communication is factual and all legislative requirements are adhered to
About you
Our ideal candidate will have experience bid proposal / technical writing. Other desired skills and attributes include :
Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail (particularly spelling and grammar)
Strong business accumen; always professional, in language, manner and appearance
Ability to communicate and empathise with people - a real people-person!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe suite, particularly Word, Excel and Indesign
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
