We currently have an opportunity for permanent full time Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Manukau SuperClinic, however you will need to be flexible to move to other areas / locations within the DHB.

The hours of work are Monday to Sunday with some flexibility around the start time being no earlier than 07 : 30am, and no later than 09 : 00am.

The Referral & Appointment Centre, is responsible for coordinating referrals, scheduling outpatient appointments and elective theatre bookings.

We communicate with patients / whanau, clinicians and relevant teams involved in patient’s care.

It is essential you have :

  • 2+ years experience in an administration / customer service
  • Advanced user of MS Office Suite and a quick learner of IT applications
  • Experience working within a large & diverse team
  • Sound communications skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management & interpersonal ability
  • We are keen to hear from individuals who are reliable and can provide us with real-life examples of their success in current / previous roles and how they would fit into and improve this role.

    The salary band for this role is between $47,208 to $54,253, dependent on skills and experience.
