Working alongside with Country Manager, Portfolio Analyst and Therapy Development Specialist to :
Manage Direct to Patient (DTP) information kit delivery
Event and conference co-ordination
Organizing Social, Digital, TV, Radio, and print schedules
Ensuring compliance with local advertising standards
Collation and creation of presentations
Processing all marketing material via Compliance (Edwards)
Raising invoices and vendor management
Calendar and expense management for Country Manager
Co-ordination of travel and accommodation for events
Managing consultancy agreements with clinicians
Managing marketing collateral inventory
OPEX and Sales reportingKey Responsibilities :
Conference : o Management of all internal and external conferences and eventso Collation of event requests from Sales and Marketing Teamo Event budget creation, submission, approval, and reconciliation processo Managing all communication with event companyo Facilitation with clinicians being used as speakers
Marketing : o Scheduling and posting Facebook material, managing responses postso Communication and co-ordination with BrandWorld for TV advertisingo Reporting on metrics from all marketing platformso Monthly report generation for NZ, ANZ and JAPACo Working with ANZ marketing team to align marketing messageso Sending information kits to patientso Organizing patient events (with Therapy Development Specialisto Innovative ideas for marketing messages and mediums to useo Close working relationship with Brave Media to generate campaign ideaso Working with Marketing and Sales to ensure correct levels of marketing collateralo Maintaining marketing and activity schedule including OPEX

Bachelor's Degree in Preferably in marketing or business with minor in marketing , 2 years experience Marketing, Brands experience or similar work experience Required
Other : Experience managing Social media required
Cardiology and / or Medical device business knowledge preferredAdditional Skills :
Solid organizational skills.
Experience with Digital and Social Media platform, heavy business focus in this area.
Proven ability to influence other in a positive manner.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to deal in a multicultural environment, interface with the countries organizations.

Australian / New Zealand Citizenship or legal eligibility to work in Australia and / or New Zealand.
Ability to attend conference and meetings that may be scheduled out of usual business hours.
May need to provide product In-service support to customer after usual business hours
Must hold a current driver’s license.
Must be prepared to travel interstate (customer and field force calls, conferences) and internationally (product training and Edwards networking).
Must be prepared to work reasonable hours outside of normal working hours as and when the need arises to meet local and global requirements e.g. timeline differences.
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence / control
