    Auckland Unlimited (AUL) is a newly created council-controlled organisation (CCO) established with an important mandate to drive investment, supporting Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland businesses to innovate and thrive, enhancing Auckland as a culturally vibrant city, telling the Tāmaki Makaurau story, and importantly providing experiences and opportunities for all.

    The Change & Transformation (C&T) is a newly established function led by highly experienced professionals to support the entire organisation deliver transformational and strategic projects and embed agile ways of working.

    The C&T team is focused on implementing best practice in terms of capability, systems, processes and enhancing collaborative ways of working in the new normal of a Covid-19 landscape.

    A strong focus is to develop and ensure adherence to a robust project management methodology from project conception, business case, implementation and post implementation review.

    We are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Change & Transformation team. In this role you will scope, analyse, interpret and improve both new and existing business processes and projects.

    Essential to this role is the ability to engage, communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, managing these relationships throughout the full lifecycle of each project you are involved in.

    This is a unique opportunity for you to join a team at the start of a major programme of change through to implementation.

    We are seeking a resilient and adaptable team player to manage multiple mid to large-sized projects, who can bring a dynamic element to our existing professional project management capability.

    You are an expert in the field and are able to provide effective and efficient requirements and analytical solutions in effective presentation methods and collateral.

    You are a people person who is passionate about achieving outcomes and are able to work in a pressurised, ever-changing environment.
