  • Are you a Senior People Advisor looking for a new venture and to further develop the scope of your existing skill set? We are looking for a Full Time Senior People Advisor to be part of our People and Culture Advisory team based in Johnsonville.

    We are an Aged Care provider but don’t be afraid - our industry may not sound that exciting from the outside, but you will be surprised.

    What we are looking for :

  • Involved in Performance Management, Employment Relations, Change Management
  • Support and contribute to key projects in the People and Culture team
  • Being involved in maintaining systems, and processes
  • Foster partnerships and collaborative relationships with a range of internal stakeholders as a key contact in the People and Culture team
  • Be an active contributor for our continuous improvement programmes for People and Culture
  • Provide additional support to the People and Culture team as required
  • Most importantly, have a good sense of humour!
  • About you

    Ideally, we are looking for someone who :

  • A minimum of 4-6 years’ previous experience in a HR generalist role and a relevant qualification.
  • Prior experience in high volume employment & industrial relation environments
  • Understanding of change management processes
  • Experience working with multiple unions
  • Availability to travel from time to time
  • Highly developed communication & organisational skills
  • Comfortable making decisions
  • Extensive working experience with NZ Employment legislation
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Strong competency on Microsoft Office applications
  • A can do’ attitude
