  • About the role Mō te tūnga

    As a Team Leader you will provide leadership to the Customer Information Requests Team to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the team and maintain consistent standards and processes for all services provided.

    This role is primarily a team management position but also includes :

  • Managing auditing
  • Reporting
  • Incident management
  • Stakeholder collaboration
  • Providing excellent service and support to the capability coach and assessor team
  • The team itself is responsible for responding to and researching customer requests in a timely and concise manner.

    Because this role is supporting a coach and team, it needs full visibility in the office which means it is a full-time, 40 hour per week position on a fixed-term contract.
