About the Role
The Data Centres Account Manager is dedicated to managing and processing the commercial aspects of a customer’s relationship with the data centre.
The Account Manager will be the first point of contact for a customer issue in relation to their account. You will also work with your team to ensure that all repeatable customer requirements are met including the processing of billing, reporting, CPI and price adjustments and formulaic contract renewals.
The team may at times also lead smaller sales, and in particular sales of additional products to existing customers in support of the wider sales team
