We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Auckland. Your job will be to ensure our retailers that purchase Launch Services successfully complete their onboarding and get the most out of Vend.

You will deliver training, guidance and share best practice for Vend and for retail, to maximise customer retention and overall customer experience.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Train and guide a set cohort of retailers with Launch packages, ensure their Vend instance is set up and they're successfully trading on Vend;
  • Work with the retailer to understand their needs and ensure their workflows are set up for success, guide them and share best practice workflows for Vend;
  • Ensure each retailer in your cohort has their product, customer data and integrations correctly set up in Vend;
  • Identify upgrade opportunities and work with the expansion team to upgrade retailers to payments, 3rd party add ons and plan upgrades as appropriate;
  • And a little bit of....

  • Conducting scoping calls (when needed) pre-sale to determine retailers set up needs
  • Passing on feedback to Product and Operations to ensure we continuously improve our onboarding experience
  • What you need to bring :

  • Previous experience in a customer success role
  • Excellent time-management and organisation skills
  • Good Excel skills and problem solving ability
