The Opportunity :
As the Infrastructure & Operations Analyst, you will develop a capability that will be responsible for :
Identifying opportunities and implementing service quality and process improvement, and cost savings where appropriate
Bringing strong communication skills, flexibility, team focus and a customer centric lens
Creating and maintaining effective Voice of the Customer across Business Units
Delivering reporting that provides not just information, but key insights and actionable items
Ensuring audits are responded to in a high quality, timely manner
Ensuring an effective control (e.g. risk and issue) environment is maintained
About the role :
Responsible for regularly producing Technology and Business Unit level reporting
Establish effective relationships with Executive and Senior Leadership team members to understand their drivers of business performance
Responsible for coordinating and responding to regular internal and external audits that encompass the Infrastructure and Operations accountabilities
Challenge the status quo and implement process improvement
Provide support on Financial activities, such as Purchase Requestion raising, invoice receipting, forecasting, etc
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate to find solutions that meet business needs.
About you :
ITIL Certification, or demonstrable experience within ITIL organization
Proven experience with data visualisation tools (Excel / PowerBI / Tableau)
Excellent understanding and proven experience in using and managing collaboration spaces (Confluence, Microsoft Teams / SharePoint)
Strong generalist Technology background, possibly combined with specialist skills in a particular discipline
Knowledge of emerging technology trends, IT functions, and basic architecture
Demonstrated planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills
Understanding of project management methodologies
In addition to the above, you will be customer focused, have superior interpersonal skills and be self-motivated. This role will require you to be an expert in your field and to work with minimal supervision.
You will have the ability to build strong relationships with those you interact with and you will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
