We are seeking an experienced Store Manager who can bring expert guidance and a positive, can-do attitude to lead and support our New Lynn store.
You will be committed to the following : Growing sales, profit and ensuring the achievement of all KPI's and goalsDriving a customer-centric cultureProviding leadership to a close-knit and high performing teamBeing pro-active in all decision-making and problem solvingManaging the financial performance of the store, along with effective control of costsDelivering a high standard of visual merchandising and management of stockWe are seeking an individual who has : Previous experience in a senior store management roleStrong leadership skills with the proven ability to motivate and develop teamsDemonstrated experience in growing sales and profit, with a commercial approachExceptional communication and relationship building skills with all stake holdersExcellent understanding of or a strong desire to grow your skills in visual merchandising techniquesA strong eye for attention to detailThe skills to take full responsibility for the day to day operations of the storeThis is a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for driving sales results and people development within a positive team environment.
