Sydney's Plumbing Specialists is a small award winning plumbing company who operate throughout the Sydney region and work with a number of COD customers and large strata companies across Sydney.

Our office is conveniently located in Revesby and are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager with 2 years marketing experience in order to assist our company with both administrative and marketing tasks.

Managerial experience is also preferred but not essential.

The successful applicant will be managing a highly respected business and working closely with the Director to help develop strategies and undertake tasks which will increase our clientele?

s customer experience and marketing exposure on a number of platforms. The successful applicant will need to be immaculately presented and can articulate oneself well.

We want someone who thinks outside the box, is capable of problem solving and has a great work ethic and positive attitude at all times.

A happy can-do attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service at all times is essential whilst undertaking Marketing and Prospecting day to day activities.

Applicants Duties and responsibilities

  • Well presented.
  • Exceptional communication / telephone manner with ability to multitask
  • Punctual with high attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills. Knowing how to overcome and solve objections over the phone is highly regarded
  • Positive and bubbly attitude
  • Not have a criminal record (Police checks will be conducted)
  • Highly organised and have strong time management skills / being able to deal with problems in a prompt and professional manner
  • Have an understanding of the Sydney region geographically
  • Is trained in Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Have had experience in design EDM's and social media posts and campaigns.
  • Has had previous experience in CRM (preferably ZOHO)
  • Scheduling also preferred but not essential
  • Arrears control
  • About the role

  • You will be reporting to the owner of the company directly with weekly and monthly reports
  • Developing marketing campaigns and strategies to increase visibility and develop and convert new prospects into leads
  • This role enables the right candidate to come up with new ideas to help elevate our company exposure and become a leader in the plumbing field
  • The right candidate will always be supported in a great working environment which promotes leadership and thinking outside the box
  • The right candidate will need to have a can do attitude and have leadership skills. Being a team player and buying into our culture is imperative.
  • The person needs to be able to multitask and work under pressure
  • The person must be team player and value strong working relationships with other colleagues
  • On the job training will be provided to the successful candidate along with manuals in relation to how our company runs to ensure smooth transition into new role.
