Our client is an established and highly regarded estate agent with a great reputation in the local area. They have an exciting opportunity and are seeking to recruit a full time branch administrator on a permanent basis to join their friendly team.
Duties will include :
o Providing administrative support to the team including typing property particulars and other relevant documents
o Providing general office support including diary management and emails
o Answering telephones, managing enquiries and taking messages
o Produce advertising material
o Sales progression and conveyancing coordination
o Liaising with clients, Solicitors and other professionals
o Providing professional assistance to their clients / customers
Their ideal candidate will have previous Administration experience, be a confident MS office user and have strong organisational skills
Hours - Full time - working a five day week with a day off during the week whenever a Saturday
is worked (on a rota basis)
