We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join our fantastic team in Ellerslie.

The key focus of this role is to attend to helpdesk queries in a timely and efficient manner. This role will also involve :

  • Providing First and Second level support to internal and external customers;
  • Prioritising and managing helpdesk tickets in order to keep in line with SLA’s;
  • Resolving issues or escalating where required;
  • Assisting with the implementation and changes to computer and communication hardware throughout the company.
  • We are looking for someone with a bright and friendly manner, who has fantastic attention to detail and who demonstrates a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.

    In addition, our ideal candidate will also possess the following :

  • Previous IT Helpdesk experience in a medium / large organisation;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a clear & bright telephone manner;
  • Time Management and organisation skills;
  • Proven ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
  • An IT certification would be highly desirable but more importantly is the ability to manage your workload and attend to queries in a positive and efficient manner in a busy, often high pressured environment.
