About Us Hilton Foods NZ is part of the Hilton Food Group based in the UK with meat manufacturing plants in the UK Europe and Australasia Hilton is a dynamic progressive business with a strong reputation for quality innovation within the fresh food industry Hilton invests heavily in all its facilities to maintain the state of the art levels required to service its customers growth We progressively extend the range of products supplied to customers deliver first class service levels continually increase production efficiency Hilton continues to grow through additional volumes and close cooperation with our retail partners Hilton Foods NZ has a longterm supply agreement with Countdown NZ to build a new purpose built facility to supply Countdown Supermarkets with packaged and valueadded meat product Working together we focus on strengthening the meat offer for Countdown in NZ by delivering affordable innovative and convenient protein choices for consumers Heres a taste of what you ll be doing A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and innovative People Culture Manager to lead the people strategy at our Auckland site The People Culture Manager will develop and maintain strong trusted relationships with the Senior Leadership team on site as well as lead and develop a people focused team This role will also work closely with the Head of People Culture to provide endtoend solutions for Hilton Foods Australia that support our people Whilst leading your own dedicated team you can shape the People Culture agenda to suit the sites needs You will work with the broader P C Team to drive improvement consistency and enhance a high performing work environment In this role you will Lead the Hilton Foods NZ Auckland people strategy and delivery of the key people initiatives that support the delivery of the overall Hilton Foods Australia strategy Create a high performing culture with the Site Manager Auckland ensuring success of the Auckland site Provide the Senior Leadership team with coaching advice and support across all areas of talent development people leadership and development and organisational effectiveness Lead the implementation of people change initiatives including embedding principles in the change and helping leaders manage the impacts of change Actively participate and drive the culture and leadership at Hilton Foods NZ Auckland This is core to the success of the business and in creating a differentiated customer experience Work with Head of People Culture Hilton Foods Australia NZ to implement broader people initiatives including talent and organisational development Collaborate with Hilton Foods Australia to share learnings expertise and capability Lead engage and motivate the high performance people team to ensure they are delivering the people strategy and initiatives for the business and providing high quality guidance and support to all leaders around critical people matters Research and analyse site employment related data and provide insights and recommendations to enhance people processes and workforce engagement About you Minimum 5 years experience as a HRM Generalist Professional FMCG industry highly desirable Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role you will be required to lead a small site based P C team Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Proven experience driving culture people strategy Strong experiences in Industrial Relations Proven commercial acumen demonstrated by executing cultural and business transformation change initiatives which make an impact to profitability and results Exceptional influencing communication and stakeholder management skills Strong relationship skills with demonstrated ability to advise coach and support the talent leadership agenda An ability to be hands on and an outcomes focused attitude Experience in driving engagement and learning development activities What s on Offer Hilton Foods is a fast paced constantly changing business that focuses on your talents and challenges you to perform at your best As a team we are bold with ideas and operate with pace and passion always looking for better ways to delight our customers We look for people who can hit the ground running devour new challenges and generate innovative ideas with passion and enthusiasm The pace of our business has made it a gathering place for passionate and talented people In this environment team members draw the motivation focus determination and personal growth required to achieve more faster If this is the role for you please submit a cover letter and resume
