  • We are looking for experienced Office Administrators / Managers within the Wellington region for both permanent and fixed-term opportunities as many of our Construction and Architecture clients are as busy as ever!

    Now that we are back to Level 1, many of our clients are in need of assistance with the overload of administration tasks and are looking for experienced candidates who can think on their feet and are pro-active!

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • Proven office administration / coordination experience within the construction or architecture space
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude!
  • Duties could include :

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Assisting with financial administration including PO's and invoices
  • Assisting the wider team with ad-hoc admin tasks
  • Streamlining processes and procedures
  • Meeting coordination : booking of meeting rooms, preparing agendas
  • Reception cover, including meeting clients and answering the phones
