Windsor Engineering Group Ltd Porirua location, Medical Insurance for qualifying family members, Communications, engineering or legal experience an advantage.

We are seeking an individual to join our operation based in Broken Hill Rd, Porirua.

This role is challenging and has plenty of variety. It is full time with our standard hours being 8.00 am ? 4.30 pm. This role will provide support to our Group Operations Manager, other SMT members and from time to time our CEO on Board matters.

Some of this work will be of a confidential nature. The ideal candidate will have a proven dynamic set of skills in the following areas :

  • Experience in secretarial and administration support to senior / executive staff.
  • Previous experience in a PA / EA / Comms role.
  • Proven ability to proofread communication information and documents to a very high standard.
  • Intermediate level MS Word (min 50 wpm)
  • Highly proficient with Excel, and other MS office tools
  • High attention to detail is critical, numerically, verbally, and in writing.
  • Provide administrative support to various functions of the business, including Service & Sales.
  • Able to pick up new things quickly, take ownership, and to be a support to senior staff.
  • Liaise with our Travel Broker to facilitate and reconcile travel arrangements for employees as needed.
  • Organise and file administrative documents as needed.
  • Compile statistics and information as required.
  • Board reports
  • Reception duties (low volume of calls and visitors)
  • This role will suit an individual who may be seeking employment closer to home or who wishes to utilise their talents in a new role.

    You may have a background as an executive / personal assistant or similar. We offer a competitive salary including Medical and Life Insurance (after a qualifying period).

    We are seeking an individual with proven ability in a similar role. While our preference is for someone working full time hours as indicated, for the right skills, experience and fit with our team, we might consider slightly shorter days for the right candidate.
