At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this -
This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till.
You will also assist with processing stock, ensuring the shelves are adequately stocked, as well as ensuring the store maintains it's high standard of presentation.
This is a part time role working Sunday 9am to 5pm, however there is potential to pick up some extra hours over the Christmas / New Year period for those who are looking for extra hours during that time.
All About You
We need someone who enjoys dealing with people, having worked within a retail or customer service environment - Full training will be given on the products we sell.
An interest in automotive is a plus however if it's customer service that is your passion, we like that sound of that too! You must be confident working in a retail / sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers.
Your strong communication skills and excellent phone manner will be complimented by your team-focused and 'can do' attitude.
