The Digital and Marketing Communications Lead is responsible for supporting the Marketing and DTC Manager to : Lead and manage engaging digital communications and content to build brand awareness and consideration of nib that is channel agnostic to support growth across all nib channels (Adviser, Group and DTC, Members)Lead and manage market leading member communications across the member journey to improve member engagement and retention that build positive member outcomes and achieve NPS targetsThis role is also responsible for managing one direct report to ensure all marketing initiatives are strategically planned, and activity is executed within budget and time, is consistent with nib values and brand guidelines and designed to achieve sales channels.
What you need : At least 8 years’ experience leading successful digital and direct marketing initiatives at a senior levelA strong understanding of search (SEM / SEO), social, remarketing and other digital marketing channelsExperience in managing media, PR and creative agenciesExperience in health insurance, life insurance, general insurance, financial or health services, preferredStrong understanding of specialist marketing functions particularly CRM and Marketing Automation best practices, preferredStrong experience and analytical skills (Google analytics) in digital performance and optimisationExperience in designing clear and concise content, preferredExcellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skillsA strong customer mind setBalance of creative and commercial thinkingA growth and curious mindsetTertiary degree in Marketing / Business, preferrednib nz limited is a growing business which prides itself on innovation and excellence.
