The Role
As a Clinical Coordinator at Elmslie, you will be supporting the Facility Manager role and working closely with General Practice.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight to ensure the highest standards of resident focused healthcare are maintained.
You will promote practice standards and behaviour consistent with professional & legislative expectations and in line with our Enliven philosophy.
You will lead the Registered Nurses and support the care team across the facility. You will also be coordinating rosters.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role. As a Clinical Coordinator at Elmslie House, you will be supporting the Facility Manager role and working closely with General Practice.
Hours : This is a permanent position working 25hrs per week, Tuesday Friday with additional hours available as facility RN when required.
