As we embark on FY20, our Change Management team is growing and we have a new opportunity for a Senior Change Manager to join us.
In this role, you'llprovide leadership and direction to ensure the successful delivery of change across key NZ Post's key strategic initiatives.
You'll design and implement change strategies and ensure change initiatives meet their objectives on time by increasing employee adoption.
The role will work across the business and focus on the end-to-end impact of change on our people including changes to business processes, systems and technology.
This role will also drive activities to lift maturity of change management in NZ Post and our internal brand.
We're looking for an experienced change professional with a strong track record managing and implementing change across large scale, complex transformation programmes.
You'll ideally hold a relevant Change Management accreditation (such as PROSCI) and have experience working in an Agile delivery environment with technology platforms such as Salesforce.
You're an excellent communicator and presenter with a proven ability to develop quality relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
