About the RoleYou’ll administer and manage the change management process in accordance with the ITIL framework and for onboarding and managing the change communication and incident communication function.
and maintain an appropriate balance between the need for change and the potential detrimental impact of change. You’ll manage and administer the Change Advisory Board, although you’re not responsible for authorising changes.
You will be the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for tools and technologies underpinning the change management process and configuration management database.
What we are looking forYou’ll have had full exposure to ITIL Change Management practise & Service Management ITIL. Bring with you your strengths in written verbal communication, along with your strong organisational ability & coordination skills.
You’re adept at Influencing & negotiating. Proactive and takes initiative, with a positive can do’ attitude. You’re logical and analytical in your approach with good problem-
