The challenge for the Talent Acquisition team is to understand the dynamic and multifaceted nature of our business, creating attraction and sourcing strategies that attract talent who are aligned to our vision and want to make a difference to the future of Auckland.
The role : Partnering with hiring managers across an Engineering and Network portfolio you will own the end to end service.
Critical to success is your ability to partner, build strong relationships throughout the business and be the subject matter expert.
The portfolio is varied and offers a ton of variety from growing our own to those globally hard to find technical gems.We need : A communication extraordinaireProven specialist skills in developing sourcing channels and implementing candidate attraction and engagement strategies (linked to development of Talent Pipelines, Talent Pools and Communities)At least 5 years Talent Acquisition experience, ideally gained in agency or in a complex inhouse environment that had full ownership of the TA modelThe ability to deliver under the pressure (isn't this the norm in the world of TA)A focus on candidate care -
speed of response, qualifying role objectives, delivering robust feedback and ensuring a positive first impression and experience with AT regardless of outcome.
