  • Workforce analytics;· HR technology strategy and service delivery.As a Manager, you will deliver innovative industry-leading solutions by taking accountability for a project work stream with the goal of making a lasting impact on our clients.
  • This may involve leading a team, work stream planning, mentoring Analysts / Consultants and managing client relationships.

  • You will be expected to : · Build collaborative relationships with clients and gain the trust and confidence of those you work with;
  • Develop your proficiency in Deloitte service offerings;· Analyse information and create concise presentations and reports;
  • Contribute to the development of client solutions;· Facilitate client interviews, workshops and presentations;· Support and review work of junior project team members;
  • Collaborate with the national Human Capital Consulting Practice and contribute to practice and business development activities.
  • About you

  • 5+ years’ experience in an HR / People / Talent Development role;
  • Relevant tertiary qualification is desired (e.g. Applied Psychology, Human Resources);
  • Experience in a Consulting / Professional Services environment is highly advantageous;
  • Strong analytical skills, able to uncover the heart of problems, identify root causes and offer clear solutions in a constructive and logical sequence;
  • Have sound interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong capability in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and independently to suit client needs.
