About the role : Reporting to the Commercial Director in the Payments & Billing Services team you will help establish the use of data as a key decision making tool for the business, delivering data and reporting that drives commercial outcomes, informs product road-
maps and provides business insight to help drive the team’s decision making.Key to this role is your ability to be able to extract the relevant data from a number of different sources and then analyse it in order to be able to present it in a clear, understandable way for a diverse internal audience including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Experience and Finance.
We’re looking for someone with solid data analysis skills, a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mindset who’ll be able to add value by questioning how data can help inform decision making.
Experience with writing SQL and with the MicroStrategy platform is required ideally with a few years experience in a similar role.
An ability to understand business problems and then manipulate and present relevant data in a compelling way will see your success in this role.

Here’s what you'll be doing : Deliver monthly business performance reporting on key KPIs, customer insights, revenue and overall business performanceDeliver data and insights that drive commercial outcomes and inform key product decisionsManage multiple work requests, managing workload and stakeholder expectationsHighlight data quality issues and work through the correction process with relevant teamsWe're looking for someone with : The ability to collect, collate and interpret business requirements, who’s able to articulate effective data visualisationsAn open communication style, who can interact with different stakeholders, both non technical and technicalExperience working with large datasets (SQL for extraction)Strong analytical skills and proven experience working with large databases, including query building and data extractionAn inquisitive, self motivated attitude.
