Our client is currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist to start ASAP based in the City Centre This position is a full time permanent position If you are looking to work for a company where you will be interacting with different people on a daily basis has a great company culture and where you will be kept busy then please keep reading You will be sole charge in a very fast paced and busy environment requiring someone who is very adaptable to change You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and internal team members and will need to have a helpful and positive attitude whether it is over the phone or face to face A can do and nothing is too much trouble attitude would suit the ideal candidate Key duties would include but not limited to Ensuring the smooth running of the front desk Answering all incoming calls with a positive and enthusiastic manner and transferring accordingly Meeting and greeting off all visitors Keeping reception and internal meeting rooms tidy Arranging couriers and transport as and when needed Keeping the kitchen tidy Database management Stationary orders Assisting with internal administration for the wider team The key attributes required are A warm personable and can do attitude Ability to work within a busy environment Previous frontline reception experience is essential Intermediate advanced Microsoft Office skills Professional presentation Outstanding communication skills If you have current eligibility to work in New Zealand full time please email your CV and Cover letter to delphine langlois madison co nz or please click the Apply Now button below We want to hear from you
