The Project Manager will likely be working across lead two separate projects; one end to end project which is about to commence, and the other an existing in-flight retail delivery project.
You will be working with a close team of around 10 people but engaging with the wider group of 20-30 people. You will be comfortable working in a fluid and ambiguous environment and familiarity with product and / or retail space within financial services is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities :
Managing relationships with key stakeholders
Drive the planning and execution of the project
Develop and maintain an up to date risk register
Drive the achievement of the project plan and schedule
Oversee work streams and ensure that scope and time frames meet the agreed criteria
Key Requirements :
Excellent communication and engagement skills
A collaborative and flexible approach
Proven experience of project management methodologies and ability to deliver complex business projects
Project management qualification, such as PMP / PRINCE2 practitioner
Strong written documentation skills
Have previous experience as a business facing Project Manager
Adaptable and agile mindset
Previous exposure to agile and DevOps environment would be advantageous
Experience in varied project environments
Experience in a digital space
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
