We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to join our Auckland Service Team.

This role is responsible for leading a large team of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Technicians and is well suited to someone who can effectively lead from the front to drive team performance and meet key business objectives.

This is a key role which is accountable for ensuring that customer objectives are met and developing key accounts.

The key skills required for this role include :

We are interested in hearing from candidates who have with well-developed commercial and financial acumen, proven sales focus, and strong leadership skills.

We seek those with industry exposure to the Commercial Refrigeration with a strong knowledge of the supermarket sector.

  • We are seeking people who possess the below experience and competencies;
  • 5 years' experience in a similar Service Manager role,
  • Health and Safety focused,
  • High standard of verbal and written communication,
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers / subcontractors,
  • Strong interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to meet deadlines, plan, and prioritise,
  • Ability to build and maintain key relationships both internally and externally.
  • Trade Qualification in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning.
  • Previous Experience in Refrigeration or HVAC Industry.
