This role is tailor made for a highly experienced and savvy Senior Operations Manager who will be responsible for the end-
to-end supply chain function. You will be an inspiration to the wider operations team and skilled in establishing and maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the business.
You will be responsible for the day-today operations while contributing to the future development of the supply chain function as well as the overall business through collaboration that creates growth and returns for both the company and their contract manufacturers and logistics providers.
So who are you? Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record in global supply chain procurement and even better if you have sound experience in production for export.
You’ll be a natural problem solver who is adept at wearing multiple hats within a business and you will be serious about being a positive cultural contributor.
You will also have experience working within a high-volume international consumer supply chain environment and if you have a Tertiary qualification, or even better Masters, in a supply chain related discipline this will be looked upon favorably.
The team is pretty lean and everyone gets involved, is hard working and believes in the direction of the company. This is an Executive role where you need to stand out’.
