About the Role
Reporting to a Team Leader, you will provide sales support working alongside an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM), supporting a portfolio of our high value customers.
In this role you will be the main conduit between our customer and our internal processes - from quotes to delivery and everything in between!

Key Responsibilities :
Work alongside an Enterprise Account Manager to provide exceptional service and sales solutions to a group of customers
Explore and convert sales opportunities - proactive and reactive
Prepare analysis of product information
Execute Site Level Plans (SOW) and initiatives i.e. communicating and sharing information with customers, educating them on products / services.
Manage customised product catalogues, pricing reviews and other administrative customer focused tasks
To be successful in this role, you will :
Be customer centric
Have strong communication skills - written and verbal
Be detail focused with the ability to analyse and understand data
Thrive in a busy role, utilising your multi-tasking skills
Have proficient skills in Word and Excel - and ideally have some Salesforce experience
Bring a positive attitude and be a team player
