The opportunity :
We’re a technology company with some fairly complex solutions, and need a strong copywriter who can take internal tech-speak and spin it into an engaging and jargon-free read.
As part of a distributed global marketing team you will be based in the Auckland HQ to be close to both the product and executive teams - where the magic happens, as they say!
You’ll be responsible for all forms of content writing and be as comfortable writing a punchy ad or social post as you are researching for long form pieces like industry reports.
With the majority of content being digital, we’re looking for someone with experience in all the usual areas of automation journeys, blogging, social, and emails as well as the less measurable (but often more fun!) print pieces like catchy invites and leave-behinds.
We’re embarking on some ambitious projects at both a brand and campaign level, so you can expect to be part of a wide range of work alongside our Creative Director and Marketing Lead.
About you :
In addition to your superior writing skills, you’ll need to be an advocate for the customer and write for them, not just for SEO (obviously we care about SEO and all the other measurable acronyms, but it’s customer first, then the rest).
Ideally you’ll have some form of background in tech, and have worked inside a demand-gen centered marketing team. Bonus points if you’ve got ABM experience!
