Reporting to the Product Chapter Lead, the Product Lead Managed Networks, plays an integral role in developing and designing the future propositions and CX for business product sets for Vodafone New Zealand.

Operating within the Converged Services squad as part of our wider Digital Accelerator (DX) Program, the Product Lead will bring an innovative and iterative approach to rethinking managed network services for New Zealand businesses, ensuring that all products are experience led and digital first in their design and delivery.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Ideating, designing and defining DX managed network products and services, ensuring products are experience led and digital first.
  • Using customer and technology insights to shape the key customer value proposition that will create growth within our Enterprise product offering.
  • Leading product delivery, working cross functionally with technical experts and vendors to ensure products are designed, delivered and tested to the highest standard.
  • Delivering managed network products to market readiness in line with committed dates, investment and requirements.
  • Ensuring delivered products achieve market leading E2E product cost economics relative to customer and operational experience requirements.
  • What Will I Bring?

  • Domain knowledge / experience of managed network products and services.
  • Experience in a digital and / or experience-based environment.
  • Experience in enterprise proposition design and product roadmaps, from discovery through to release.
  • Expert stakeholder engagement skills. Able to engage key stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business and technology delivery streams.
  • Strong understanding of business customers and the ability to build and act on insights.
  • Ability to operate within an ambiguous environment testing and learning with a high willingness to pivot based on early failure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of mining customer an external data to generate real, relevant and actionable business insights.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to determine to best use commercial levers to drive results.
  • Role modelling growth mindset.
