In this position you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Manager Investment Planning & Performance in the management and administration of the overall system operation of investment funding programmes.
Your customer service and relationship management skills will be essential, as part of your role will be to provide helpdesk function to other staff members for the contract management system;
liaise with the Information Systems team on enhancements and new developments; and provide updates to staff on these changes.
An important aspect of this role is being responsible for monitoring data integrity and working across the organisation to identify system improvements.
