We are a distributor of market leading cosmetics.We have a work hard play hard culture with a lot of laughs and a get stuff done approach.

We're experiencing high growth and are coming into the busy Xmas trading season with our small friendly team based in Wairau Valley.

Are you;A customer focused administrator with good computer skills ?A team player with fantastic 'can do' attitude and strong attention to detail?

Then we'd love to hear from you!We are looking for some assistance. We need someone to hit the ground running and learn our systems to help in our operations team.

Duties will include : Processing orders from trade customersPacking and dispatchingAnswering customer queriesAs well as general administration duties.

What we're looking for : To be good at learning new computer systemsHave detail and accuracy in your workHave a positive can do attitude and good phone mannerHave strong communication skills - written and verbalBe able to get lots done and multi-taskThis is a casual position at this stage Mon to Fri minimum of 20 hours per week (candidate ideally flexible to do more if required)Successful applicants must have a valid NZ work visa, or residency (considering hours will increase more than 20).

Exact hours and days to be agreed Location is Wairau Valley, North ShoreRemuneration $20 per hr + 8% holiday payApply now!
