Based in Howick our client requires a Legal Secretary / Receptionist Dictaphone typing. Drafting of legal documents. Attending to clients.
Answering of switchboard. Taking messages and making appointments. Sorting and distribution of mail. Assisting with general management of office ordering of stationery & purchasing of consumables etc.
REQUIREMENTS : Experience and knowledge of conveyancing & commercial secretarial processes would be advantageous. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience would be advantageous. The candidate must have a code 08 Drivers licence and must reside locally.
