Services include in-depth US and UK university admissions support, Australia and New Zealand medical school admissions support, educational tours to the US and Europe, local curriculum tutoring and extracurricular mentoring.

Our network includes 2,400 tutors and consultants worldwide who work with over 20,000 students.

Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, UK, and beyond.

This is a full-time position, that can be based remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.

What this role is responsible for :

  • Driving an increase in global sales for Crimson Graduate School Admissions (GSA)
  • ldentifying target markets and setting marketing / growth strategies in place
  • Leading B2B partnership development
  • Understanding competition and driving product improvements to set Crimson GSA apart as a global service leader
  • Conducting interviews with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback
  • on existing products and input on potential future undertakings

  • Coordinating GSA-relevant product releases to relevant Crimson stakeholders,
  • including service teams (e.g. the Tutor Management team) and sales teams (e.g.

    country managers, academic advisors)

  • Managing communications and answering questions from Crimson stakeholders
  • regarding GSA

  • Overseeing GSA’s operations team and service policies including high-level hiring, onboarding, and training
  • What skills and experience you’ll need :

  • Masters qualification or higher from a Top 30 US University, Ivy League strongly preferred
  • Passion for coaching and appreciation of global perspectives
  • Superior planning and organisational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, product management a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Resilience when working independently under pressure
  • Experience in education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting preferred
