Our Design & Development Team provides training solution advise and designs and develops learning resources using various tools and learning channels, including simulator environments.
Their goal is to build the capability of the fantastic people working with key systems, tools & assets used to maintain, manage & operate Aotearoa's power & market systems.
This includes Transpower employees, workers who maintain Transpower's Grid Assets, and Transpower's Customers.
In this newly created role, you'll enjoy interesting work and be responsible for continual improvement of the learning design evaluation framework and devising effective methods of collecting meaningful evidence to support our goal to design evidence based and data-driven programmes.
You'll also monitor the quality of assessment through an annual moderation programme, providing insights on potential improvements.
This flexible role can be worked in either Palmerston or Wellington, and hours can be organised to suit your personal commitments / preferences.
