  • AS A BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST YOU WILL

    Be responsible for producing value-adding analytical reports for all areas of SGNZ that assist in working towards achieving the SGANZ strategy, enhancing the company’s customer experience, achieving annual objectives, reacting appropriately to threats and risks, and planning for the future.

    The Business Intelligence Analyst employs advanced analytical and technical skills to prepare reports that detail fleet management performance, exceptions, and recommendations.

    YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE

    The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to :

  • Collaborate with all areas of the business to understand reporting needs, support the design and development of solutions, liaise with stakeholders to maintain appropriate reports and data streams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of SGNZ’s reporting and analytical platforms.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of fleet management principles and utilise these to make recommendations and demonstrate value to customers.
  • Undertake scheduled and ad-hoc reporting activities as required. Maintain a focus on quality output and consider opportunities to integrate frequent requests into the standard suite.
  • Represent SG Fleet professionally and effectively in demonstrating value-add solutions to customers and prospects.
  • A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

    Essential

  • Advanced working knowledge Business Intelligence or analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Objects)
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office application suite, particularly MS Excel
  • Strong SQL Skills
  • Has strong technical / numerical skills, shares knowledge and is thorough and accurate
  • Advanced spreadsheet and database management skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress
  • Strong communicative skills to effectively collaborate and coach colleagues and customers in respect to analytical concepts
  • Can resolve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely, effective manner
  • Critically analyses information and solves problems, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance and accountability
