About the role
As a Solution Analyst, you will be part of a customer focused, high performing Enterprise Systems IT team, responsible for maintaining application services and providing a 24x7 support model.
This role focuses on providing day to day support and problem management of critical, customer facing Retail or Supply Chain applications. This includes :
You’ll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and work through issues in a fast paced, complex, operational environment.
