Job Description
We are looking for a Materials Engineer to join our team to fill a fulltime permanent role working in our NDT & Materials Engineering facility in Auckland.
This is a highly successful NZ and global business that has been well known in the marketplace since the launch in .
Our client base is extensive, and we operate in all major industrial groups from dairy, power generation, oil and gas, chemical, pulp and paper process plants through to constructions, building and light engineering.
This can be testing on a variety of products and components covering : metals, plastics, construction and building materials.
Qualifications
If you have the below qualities we are interested to hear from you :
Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude
Be tertiary qualified or equivalent experience ideally in the field of materials / mechanical testing, engineering and / or consultancy.
Graduate Engineers will also be considered with studies or interest in these fields.
Customer and client service focus.
Willingness to travel to customer sites around NZ.
Able to work well with others in a team environment
A current driving licence.
Experience in other fields of engineering such as structural, or mechanical, engineering, will also be considered.
