We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Auckland full-time. This is a varied role and is perfect for somebody who is confident and up for a challenge.
You will assist in the smooth and efficient operations of the Electrical Response team.Responsibilities will include : Provide support to enable the effective and smooth running of the division.
Promptly prepare accurate job costing for invoicing.Check, update and manage Health & Safety information contained in the Vault software.
Check daily time sheets and collation to job sheets.Follow up of customer complaints and job queries.Schedule jobs.Liaise with Service technicians on a day to day basis regarding workload, new jobs, job notes required in the office Support the service manager with preparation of the monthly reportAssist with office administration as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have : Relevant tertiary qualification or 3 to 5 years' experience in a service operationExperience in using Pronto service module.
Prior experience within a trade service or facilities management environmentExperience in the management of service technicians in the fieldStrong administration and data entry experienceHealth & Safety administration experienceSuperior operational ability and proficiency of MS Word, Excel, and database systemsExperience in advanced customer care and excellent telephone skillsHold a current unrestricted NZ drivers licence.
