    Weare looking for two Project Managers for our Ki Te Pae Ora (Towards a HealthyFuture) transformation programme. Youwill be a generalist with a broad range of skills and prior project management experience,including experience in delivery projects successfully to schedule and budget.

    Youwill also be familiar with all aspects of project management from developmentand initial scoping, to delivery and ensuring sustainability.

    The projectmanagement environment is a combination of standard project work programme, andmay involve projects supporting the CovidResponse which is highly uncertain from one day to the next.

    In addition, thewhole health system is undergoing structural change on 1 July 2022 with DHBroles, functions and staff transferring into the new entities : Health NewZealand and Māori Health Authority.

    You are someone with exceptional project management and managementskills, or relevant experience that can enable transformational change.

    You will bring excellent communication and strong analyticalskills along with the ability to assume a strategic focus. You will have strong people and interpersonalskills, be flexible, able to motivate and cultivate innovation, and will beculturally competent and able to apply your problem-solving skills to a widevariety of situations.

    With the ability to build relationships quickly, you will deliverKi Te Pae Ora / Covid Response priority projects using sound project managementapproaches and methodology, and keep clinical and managerial leaders informedby applying a strict No Surprises approach.

    For the health and safety of both staff and patients, and in linewith the Health Order, all NMH staff are required to be fully vaccinated forCOVID-19.
