NASC Hawke’s Bay is responsible for providing needs assessment and service coordination services throughout Hawke's Bay.
We are seeking a registered clinician who shares our organisational values to join our dedicated team of professionals to ensure a high quality, efficient and effective service.
You will be working with a team of experienced people in a supportive setting, contributing to the wellbeing of people with disabilities in Hawke's Bay.
Decision-making, clinical judgment and excellent coordination skills are key to our work. Liaison with people, their family / whanau and the wider health and disability sectors including Maori health, primary care, government and other support agencies and care providers is an integral aspect of this role.
An understanding of legislative processes within the disability sector is an advantage. We work from a strengths based framework placing the person and their family / whanau at the centre of everything we do.

At times you will be working under pressure and will need to prioritise and complete work in a timely manner and to a satisfactory outcome whilst meeting an array of, at times, conflicting demands.
Please note this will require travel within the Hawke’s Bay region.
