    Position overview

    Are you interested in learning more about Customer Service in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for motivated and self-organized individual with "can do" attitude to join our team.

    You will take care of customers and their orders, enquires and complaints, as well as you will pursue timely communication, shipment and documentation with our internal stakeholders.

    If you have a high focus on pro-active aproach and you have a strong communication and problem-solving skills, then we are waiting for your application!

    Responsibilities

  • Be a key communication point between the company and our customers
  • Process and follow-up on customer orders, respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and assist to resolve issues
  • Ensure outstanding sales orders reports are monitored each morning and appropriate action taken
  • Maintain filing of all sales related documentation on a daily basis
  • Communicate with colleagues worldwide on a daily basis, with the aim to ensure effective order fulfillment
  • Strive to build successful relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Required skills and experience

  • Experience working in a Manufacturing Company
  • Sound grasp of standard commercial and supply chain practices
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Logical mind set with a high level of precision and responsibility
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to assist in developing sales opportunities, identify and deliver solutions to customers’ problems
  • SAP system knowledge an advantage
  • Qualifications

  • Business administration qualifications preferred
