With ACC, you'll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen.

The Incentive Officer role sits within the Business Incentives team and is primarily responsible for servicing, improving, and supporting the analysis of incentives products designed to increase health and safety in New Zealand workplaces.

An important factor of this role is ensuring data accuracy and corrections are processed to a high level.

To be successful in the role, you will need to :

Have proven experience in data analysis

Utilise a continuous-improvement mindset

Display great attention to detail

Enjoy checking accuracy for customer invoices, claim costs and levy codes

Be passionate about delivering a great customer experience

We are not just looking for data people; taking ownership and accountability for ensuring customer expectations are met in a timely and effective way will be crucial to the success of the role.

You'll also be naturally curious and proactive and enjoy identifying ways to improve processes and ensure continuous improvement.
